Service Satisfaction and Refund Eligibility

Bowan Consulting is committed to delivering services that meet the agreed-upon objectives. Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  1. Non-Delivery of Services:
    If Bowan Consulting fails to deliver a service as outlined in the signed service agreement, clients may request a full refund for the undelivered portion of the service.
  2. Service Errors or Deficiencies:
    If the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon scope or quality standards, clients must notify Bowan Consulting within 7 business days of service delivery. We will work to rectify the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved to mutual satisfaction, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the nature of the service and the work completed.
  3. Prepaid Packages or Retainers:
    For prepaid services or retainers, unused portions of the service may be eligible for a refund if the client terminates the service agreement in accordance with our cancellation terms.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
  • Delays or issues caused by the client, such as failure to provide required information or approvals.
  • Results-based expectations that are outside the control of Bowan Consulting, such as market fluctuations or external platform changes.
  • Any discounts, promotions, or package deals where terms and conditions specify non-refundable policies.

Refund Process

To request a refund, clients should follow these steps:

  1. Contact Bowan Consulting using the details provided below, clearly specifying the reason for the refund request.
  2. Provide supporting documentation or evidence if applicable (e.g., copies of agreements, email correspondence).
  3. Allow up to 14 business days for Bowan Consulting to review the request.
  4. If the refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Bowan Consulting reserves the right to review and approve all refund requests at its discretion.

Communication and Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to communicate any concerns promptly so that issues can be resolved amicably. In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding refunds, Bowan Consulting will engage in good faith discussions to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
